To Whom It May Concern:
Thank you very much for standing by your product.  Recently, after purchasing a 5 B Magnetic Bracelet Ladies for my wife, the clasp malfunctioned, fell off her wrist and was lost.  After talking to a couple of your representatives, you replaced the bracelet.  My wife and I want you to know that we appreciate you backing-up your bracelets and sending a replacement.  Carlos, one of your representatives, was particularly professional and respectful. 

I look forward to sharing with others the effectiveness of the bracelets and your positive response to the malfunctioning clasp.  We also look forward to purchasing more bracelets from your company in the future.
