Customer Service Happens Again!!
Hi Jay! Thank you so much for your call. I'm home and they are here! :0) I am so sorry for the panic...and I really appreciate your great customer service and follow up. I will let you know how my parents like their bracelets. My husband and I are both advocates of your product and have been encouraging them to try it for a while.
